系统介绍了卓越绩效管理模式的理论;基于企业绩效分析理论模型,重点对14家深圳市市长质量奖获奖企业实施卓越绩效管理模式的绩效和经验,以及深圳部分中小企业应用绩效进行了分析研究,并把质量奖获奖企业实施卓越绩效管理模式的成功管理经验按照管理要素进行归纳总结,形成了一套可供参考的成功管理实践。在分析的基础上,总结提出了中国企业实施卓越绩效管理模式的基本对策和方法。
Based on the theoretical model of enterprise performance analysis, this paper focuses on the performance and experience of 14 successful bidders in Shenzhen Mayor Quality Award and the application performance of some SMEs in Shenzhen , And summarized the successful management experience of the award-winning enterprises implementing the excellence performance management model according to the management factors, forming a set of successful management practices for reference. On the basis of the analysis, this paper summarizes the basic countermeasures and methods for Chinese enterprises to implement the model of high performance management.
