目的:体外研究血塞通注射液对人血清补体系统的影响,探讨血塞通注射液引起类过敏反应的发生机制。方法:采用体外补体激活评价模型,研究血塞通注射液对人血清补体系统的影响,将血塞通注射液与人体血清共同孵育30 min,采用ELISA法检测血塞通注射液对人血清补体末端复合物SC5b-9含量的影响。结果:血塞通注射液能使人血清中SC5b-9的含量降低,与PBS组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血塞通注射液不能引起人血清补体系统的激活,其引起的类过敏反应与补体激活途径无关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Xuesaitong injection on human serum complement system in vitro and to explore the mechanism of Xuesaitong injection-induced allergic reaction. Methods: To evaluate the effect of Xuesaitong Injection on human complement complement system by in vitro complement activation model. Xuesaitong injection and human serum were incubated with human serum for 30 min. The effect of Xuesaitong Injection on human serum complement End complex SC5b-9 content. Results: Xuesaitong injection could decrease the content of SC5b-9 in human serum, which was significantly different from PBS group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xuesaitong injection can not cause the activation of human serum complement system, and the allergic reaction caused by Xuesaitong injection has nothing to do with the pathway of complement activation.
