从我国成人教育人才培养历史和现状出发,以顺德为例分析成人教育人才培养中存在的问题,提出创新顺德成人教育人才培养模式的策略与方法。
Starting from the history and current situation of adult education talents cultivation in our country, taking Shunde as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems in adult education personnel training and puts forward the strategies and methods to innovate Shunde adult education personnel training mode.
