企业文化是企业在生产经营活动中形成、广大员工认同并在实际工作中真正实行的价值观念,是企业的思想风貌和精神风貌,是企业的进取心和创造力。兰州石化公司客运分公司是兰州石化公司下属的专业客运服务单位,拥有309台客运车辆,92条运行线路,日均接送员工1.5万人次,年均运行500万公里,并且以单人单机操作为特征,本文在客运企业推进客运文化建设,发挥精神文化的引领作用和制度文化的规范约束作用方面进行了思考,探索提高客运服务的有效途径。
