结合目前中等职业学校学生文化素质偏低、心理健康问题突出、自控能力较差等特点,以及班主任管理工作存在专业化知识欠缺、经验不足、转岗率高等问题,对班主任队伍建设提出了对班主任进行职前的教育心理学培训和工作中的专业知识培训,加强班主任交流互动,完善班主任奖评机制等措施及建议。
