当前医院工会的首要任务是贯彻落实党的十八大精神,深化服务型工会的建设。从这个角度来看,发挥工会的职能关键在于服务,为职工群众的根本利益服务,为协调医院内部关系服务。只有真心实意地为职工群众服务,工会才能发挥桥梁纽带作用,充分调动职工群众的积极性主动性创造性,形成最大合力,推动医院发展,实现职工梦想。
The primary task of the current hospital union is to implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and deepen the building of a service-oriented trade union. From this perspective, the key to playing the role of trade unions lies in service, serving the fundamental interests of the workers and the masses, and coordinating the relations within the hospital. Only by genuinely serving the masses of workers and staff members can the trade unions play a bridging role and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the masses of workers and workers to form the maximum synergy to promote the development of the hospital and realize the dreams of the workers and staff.
