近些年来我国的医患关系日趋紧张,医患矛盾突出。医患关系紧张,彼此缺乏信任,医务工作者感到前所未有的压力,医疗纠纷增加是当前一个十分突出的问题。产生医疗纠纷的成因复杂,其中主要由(1)医疗体制的不合理;(2)社会医疗保障制度的不完善;(3)医务人员方面的原因;(4)患者方面的原因,媒体部分或片面的宣传。在新的历史时期,对于医疗卫生事业的发展,构建和谐社会,人民群众往往通过医疗卫生服务来看经济社会发展成果,看社会公平和谐。
In recent years, the relationship between doctors and patients in our country has become increasingly tense, with prominent contradictions between doctors and patients. Tensions between doctors and patients, lack of mutual trust, unprecedented pressure on medical workers, and increasing medical disputes are the most prominent issues at present. The causes of medical disputes are complex, mainly due to (1) irrational medical system; (2) imperfect social medical security system; (3) medical personnel reasons; (4) patient reasons, the media section or One-sided publicity. In the new historical period, for the development of medical and health undertakings and the construction of a harmonious society, the masses of the people often look at the fruits of economic and social development through medical and health services and see that the society is fair and harmonious.
