目的:考察还尔精的保肝健体作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法:用四氯化碳(CCl_4)和D-氨基半乳糖(D-Gal)分别造慢性和急性肝损伤模型,用高、中、低剂量还尔精治疗后,测谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量;通过尾静脉注射印度墨汁后于不同时间眼眶取血进行比色,测定网状内皮系统的吞噬功能;用比色法测血清溶血素及尾静脉注射伊文斯兰后腹部皮片浸出液的吸光度,考察特异性体液免疫和细胞免疫;用还尔精培养基饲养果蝇,测定生存时间;通过游泳实验测定小鼠耐疲劳能力。结果:和模型组相比,还尔精对CCl_4所致的慢性肝损伤及D-Gal所致的急性肝损伤有一定保护作用。和空白对照组相比,能明显提高网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,对机体特异性体液免疫和细胞免疫都有显著增强作用;同时还能延长果蝇的生存时间,提高机体抗疲劳能力。结论:还尔精有明显的保肝健体作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Heerjing on liver protection and provide basis for clinical application. METHODS: Chronic and acute hepatic injury models were established with carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4) and D-galactosamine (D-Gal), respectively, and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) was measured after treatment with high, middle, and low doses of Ershen. , Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) content; blood was taken from the eyelid at different times after tail vein injection of Indian ink for colorimetric determination of phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system; serum hemolysin was measured by colorimetry The absorbance of tail vein evacuated from Evansland was measured by tail vein injection. Specific humoral immunity and cellular immunity were investigated. The fruit fly was reared on the return granule medium and the survival time was measured. The ability of mice to withstand fatigue was determined by swimming test. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, HL also had a protective effect on CCl 4 -induced chronic hepatic injury and D-Gal-induced acute hepatic injury. Compared with the blank control group, the phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system can be significantly improved, and the body-specific humoral and cellular immunity can be significantly enhanced; at the same time, the survival time of the fruit fly can be prolonged and the body’s anti-fatigue ability can be improved. Conclusion: The recovery also has obvious liver protection effect.
