Carrying out art education in the compulsory education stage, we must firmly believe that every student has the potential to study fine arts and can achieve various degrees of development on the basis of different potentials. Art courses should be quality education requirements, for all students, the choice of basic, is conducive to student development of art knowledge and skills, through effective learning methods to help students
