前言:党的十八大以来,根据社会主义核心价值观体系的指导要求,结合当今高职院校学生现状,在学生党员的理想信念教育中出现了许多新情况、新挑战,加强学生党员理想信念教育、建立常态化机制迫在眉睫。民办高职院校的学生党员虽是同类学生中的优秀代表,但依然带有典型的群体特征:在学习生活中缺乏实践经验、缺乏对社会现状的关注和理性的思考;经济条件普遍较好、缺乏磨炼,受多重价值影响,意志不坚定、价值观不成熟。
