胃复安是常用的止吐剂，对各种原因引起的呕吐均有较好的疗效[1]。该院1990年以来收治胃复安引起锥体外系症状病人12例，现报道如下。1一般资料男性4例，女性8例；年龄12～54岁。7例po胃复安30mg／d，3例45mg／d，均于3～4d后出现锥体外系症状；2例im20mg，1例20min后出现症状
