目的:通过对我院门诊中成药处方进行分析,了解不合理处方分布规律,促进临床合理使用中成药。方法:随机抽取我院2014年1月~2014年9月的门诊中成药处方共270张进行登记、分析,将不合理处方进行归类汇总。结果:不合理处方占总处方的16.7%,其中存在问题以诊断书写不全、重复用药、用法用量不适宜和联合用药不适宜为多见。结论:应加强医师对中成药处方开具规范性、用药适宜性的了解,切实做到在中医理论指导下合理使用中成药。
Objective: To analyze the prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines in our hospital to understand the distribution rules of unreasonable prescriptions and promote the clinical rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines. Methods: A total of 270 outpatient proprietary Chinese medicines in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2014 were randomly selected for registration and analysis, and the unreasonable prescriptions were classified and summarized. Results: Unreasonable prescriptions accounted for 16.7% of the total prescription, in which there are problems in the diagnosis of incomplete writing, repeated medication, usage and dosage inappropriate and combined inappropriate is more common. Conclusion: Physicians should be strengthened to understand the prescribing and medication suitability of proprietary Chinese medicines and to make reasonable use of proprietary Chinese medicines under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory.
