在水利工程防渗墙施工过程中,为准确定位防渗墙轴线,需要在施工前先筑定位用的导墙;为使防渗墙墙底伸入到设计要求的岩层和深度,需要打先导孔判别墙底达到的岩层及进入岩层的深度。针对这2道工序提出2项新的施工方法:一是利用钢结构导梁代替钢筋混凝土导墙发挥防渗墙轴线定位的作用;二是利用液压抓斗上压力表显示的抓斗抓力结合地勘资料判断墙底达到的岩层以及所达到的深度。多项工程实践证明,这2项新工法节能环保,具有良好的经济效益,同时还可节约工期,加快施工速度。
