据对上海工业系统一些单位调查分析,当前困难企业中职工的思想总体上有些消沉,心态复杂,凝聚力不强。基本特征是: (1)对宏观经济形势迷惘。按常理,大河有水小河满,为什么现在大河有水而小河干枯。因而职工对领导报告、新闻宣传国民经济运行良好感到不可信,看到本企业和周围许多国有企业日子都不好过,心存疑团和困惑,迷惘心理突出。
According to the survey and analysis of some units in Shanghai’s industrial system, the current thinking of employees in enterprises in difficulty is generally somewhat depressed, with a complicated mentality and a weak cohesion. The basic characteristics are: (1) confused macroeconomic situation. According to common sense, the river is full of water, why there is water in the river and the river is dry. Therefore, the staff and workers are untrustworthy about the leadership reports and press propaganda of the sound running of the national economy. They have noticed that the enterprises and many state-owned enterprises in the vicinity are not getting better days, doubts and confusion, and their psychology is conspicuous.
