目的总结地震发生后什邡市疾病预防控制中心采取的各项应急防控措施,为灾后防疫工作提供参考。方法建立卫生防疫体系和机制;饮水的检测和消毒;环境消毒与除臭;重点疾病的监测和防范;防疫卫生宣传、健康教育等综合卫生防控措施。结果通过严密的防控措施,灾区未发生传染病爆发流行和与地震相关的突发公共卫生事件。结论灾后所采取的各项应急措施是及时,果断、有效的,为维护灾区群众生命安全和身体健康,稳定社会秩序,夺取抗震救灾的胜利起到了至关重要的作用。
Objective To summarize various emergency prevention and control measures taken by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Shifang Municipality after the earthquake so as to provide reference for epidemic prevention work after the earthquake. Methods Establish health and epidemic prevention systems and mechanisms; detection and disinfection of drinking water; environmental disinfection and deodorization; monitoring and prevention of key diseases; epidemic prevention health promotion, health education and other comprehensive health prevention and control measures. Results Through strict prevention and control measures, no epidemic outbreaks occurred in the affected areas and public health emergencies related to earthquakes. Conclusion All the emergency measures taken after the disaster are prompt, decisive and effective, which play a crucial role in safeguarding the life and safety of the disaster-stricken people, stabilizing the social order and winning the victory of the earthquake relief.
