数控机床作为机械装备制造业的重要设备,在机械装备制造业中占有重要地位,是衡量一个国家装备制造业水平的重要标志。但在我国数控机床加工的过程中,由于加工位置误差、加工过程中受力、热等各种因素影响,导致数控机床在加工过程中精度不高,从而影响了数控机床的使用效率和产品生产的质量,一定程度上制约了机械装备制造业的发展。对此本文探讨数控机床加工误差产生的因素,以及提高数控机床加工精度的对策。
As an important equipment in the machinery equipment manufacturing industry, numerical control machine tools occupy an important position in the machinery equipment manufacturing industry and are an important symbol to measure the level of a country’s equipment manufacturing industry. However, in the process of CNC machine tool processing in our country, due to the processing position error, force, heat and other factors in the process of processing, the accuracy of NC machine tool is not high in the processing, thus affecting the efficiency of CNC machine tools and production The quality, to a certain extent, restricted the development of machinery and equipment manufacturing industry. In this paper, this article discusses the machining error of CNC machine tools, as well as to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.
