白头松针蛾属鳞翅目巢蛾科,学名为(Cedestis SP)。在我国首先发现于山西省安泽、古县。为害油松。安泽、古县国营林场油松人工林16万余亩。一九七○年大面积遭白头松针蛾为害,造成当年生针叶脱落,严重影响了林木的生长。经调查,连续两年严重为害后,高生长减少78.66％。为落实毛主席“绿化祖国”的伟大指示,保护森林,巩固造林成果,两年来,在场党组织的直接领导下,组成了领导、技术人员、工人三结合的科研小组,通过林间观察
