运用综合指数法,选取钢铁产业技术创新和绩效的相关指标,采用2000~2012年数据,对技术创新和绩效水平分别进行了测度,进一步运用最小二乘法,定量分析技术创新对绩效的影响,并提出相关建议。研究表明:我国钢铁产业技术创新水平每变动一个单位会引起绩效0.758个单位的同向变化;企业平均资产规模每变动一个单位会引起绩效0.076个单位的反向变化;年末职工人数每变动一个单位会引起绩效0.014个单位的反向变化。
Using the comprehensive index method, we selected the relevant indexes of technological innovation and performance in the iron and steel industry. Using the data from 2000 to 2012, we measured the level of technological innovation and performance respectively, and further applied the least square method to quantitatively analyze the impact of technological innovation on performance. Put forward relevant suggestions. The results show that every unit change in technological innovation level of China’s iron and steel industry will lead to the same-direction change of 0.758 units of performance. For every unit change in the average asset size of enterprises, it will cause a reverse change of 0.076 units of performance. At the end of each year, Will cause the performance of 0.014 units of the reverse change.
