急诊妇产科手术由于胃肠道准备不足以及手术、麻醉等因素,直接刺激腹膜和胃肠引起交感神经兴奋,胃肠运动抑制从而发生术后腹胀[1],为了解决术后腹胀问题,我们采用了小茴香热敷上腹穴位的方法治疗术后腹胀取得了良好的效果,现报告如下.
