筛选了观察草莓花药苗染色体数目最佳方法和观察草莓花药苗染色体数目发生变异的情况。结果表明:用加α—溴萘的对二氯苯饱和液处理根尖,再用铁矾—苏木精染色4小时以上的染色体计数效果好。利用这种方法我们观察了栽培种草莓lateglow的母本染色体数为2n=8x=56,而花药再生植株的染色体数目变异很大。观察20个株系其中n=4x=28的三个株系,5x=35的2个株系,6x=42的4个株系,其余的皆为混倍体
The best method to observe the chromosome number of strawberry anther seedlings was screened and the variation of chromosome number of strawberry anther seedlings was observed. The results showed that the root tips were treated with α-bromonaphthalene-saturated solution of p-dichlorobenzene and the chromosome counts more than 4 hours after being stained with hectorite-hematoxylin were effective. Using this method, we observed that the maternal chromosome number of cultivated strawberry lateglow was 2n = 8x = 56, while the number of chromosomes of the regenerated plants of anther varied greatly. Among the 20 lines, three lines with n = 4x = 28, two lines with 5x = 35, and four lines with 6x = 42 were observed. The rest were all in the form of diploid
