本文从企业内部能力的角度研究了基于能力的企业边界理论的构建、演变和发展。目的是为了说明研究者应该从企业内部和企业外部相结合的角度研究企业边界的变化,才能解释不断出现的企业模式的多样性。
This paper studies the construction, evolution and development of the theory of capability-based business boundary from the perspective of internal capabilities. The purpose is to show that researchers should study the changes in business boundaries from the perspective of combining internal and external enterprises in order to explain the diversity of emerging business models.
