采用原位乳液聚合法,以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇、1,4-丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、三乙胺、过硫酸钾为主要原料,合成了丙烯酸改性聚氨酯(PUA)复合乳液。对合成工艺条件进行了探讨,确定的工艺参数:预聚反应温度为80℃,乳液聚合阶段的温度为75℃;预聚反应时间和醇扩链反应时间均为90min,亲水扩链反应时间为240min,PUA复合乳液的聚合时间为180min;预聚过程搅拌强度略大于400r/min,聚合过程的搅拌强度为250r/min左右;分散速率不小于4000r/min。
