目的通过对人感染H7N9流感的流行病学调查与分析,为做好防控工作提供科学依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法对患者、密切接触者、患者暴露的禽养殖场和县城区活禽交易市场开展现场流行病学调查,采集外环境标本进行检测分析,进行密切接触者与病例搜索和流感样病例强化监测。结果患者为人感染H7N9流感实验室确诊病例,发病后7d死亡。61名密切接触者未发现不适症状。患者养鸡场鸡粪标本A型流感病毒核酸阳性。患者发病前从事活禽养殖,暴露家养活禽可能是感染来源。结论该患者有确切的禽类接触史,未见人间传播。家养活禽暴露可能为该患者的感染来源。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling H7N9 influenza through epidemiological investigation and analysis. Methods Epidemiological methods were used to carry out on-site epidemiological investigation of poultry farms exposed by patients, close contacts, patients exposed and live poultry market in county area. Samples of environmental samples were collected for detection and analysis, and close contacts and case searches were conducted. Influenza-like cases to strengthen monitoring. Results The patient was infected with H7N9 influenza laboratory confirmed cases, 7d after the onset of death. 61 close contacts found no symptoms. Patient chicken farm chicken manure specimens type A influenza virus nucleic acid positive. Before the onset of the disease in live poultry farming, exposed domestic fowl may be the source of infection. Conclusion The patient had a definite history of bird contact and no human transmission. Domestic poultry exposure may be the source of infection for this patient.
