目的:观察九味褚实方治疗女童特发性中枢性性早熟的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取特发性中枢性性早熟女童18例,采用九味褚实方随症加减治疗12周,观察治疗前后患儿第二性征及症状变化,测定雌激素(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH),彩超观察子宫、卵巢容积的变化。结果:18例中,治愈1例,显效3例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率88.9%;治疗前后症状评分、彩超乳核指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),子宫、卵巢容积、E2、LH、FSH与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:九味褚实方能明显改善阴虚火旺型女童性早熟的临床症状。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Jiuwei Chu real prescription in the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty in girls. Methods: 18 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty were enrolled in this study. The symptoms and signs of second sexual characteristics and symptoms of children with idiopathic central precocious puberty before and after treatment were observed and compared with the control group. The levels of estrogen (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), ultrasound observation of the uterus, ovarian volume changes. Results: In 18 cases, 1 case was cured, 3 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 88.9%. There were significant differences in symptom score and color hypermacromolecule index before and after treatment (P <0.05) Uterine, ovarian volume, E2, LH, FSH and before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Chuwei Chu Shifang can significantly improve the Yin-Huo-wang girls precocious puberty clinical symptoms.
