业务考评制度之研究逐渐成为新兴热点,以往的研究模式囿于抽象的理论层面而使其显得玄虚空洞。制度经济学运用经济学的实证方法,摆脱了传统的分析路径,从制度的架构、绩效、变迁等视角,为解读业务考评制度提供了一种崭新而又形象的研究方法。
The research of business appraisal system has become a hot spot gradually. The past research mode has made it seem hollow in the abstract theoretical level. Institutional economics uses the empirical method of economics to get rid of the traditional analysis path and provides a brand new and vivid research method for the interpretation of business appraisal system from the perspectives of system structure, performance and change.
