目的:研究分组连续排班模式在急诊科的实施效果。方法:2015年在急诊科实行分组连续排班,与实行传统周期性排班法的2014年同期情况进行比较,主要从工作时间、当班人员安排情况、急诊科医师对护理人员的综合护理质量评价情况以及急诊科患者对护理满意度情况进行统计分析比较。结果:实行分组连续排班模式比传统周期性排班模式明显降低了交接班次数,减少了交班不及时的现象,人员安排清晰合理,弥补了中午和夜间当班护士人员不足的现象,急诊科护理人员的护理质量显著提高,患者护理满意度明显提高。结论:分组连续排班在急诊科的实施,有效改善了传统周期性排班的不足,提高了综合护理质量和患者护理满意度,更适合现代急诊科的日常护理工作特点和要求。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of grouping continuous shift schedule in emergency department. Methods: In 2015, the emergency department was divided into groups and compared with the same period in 2014 when the traditional periodic shift method was adopted. The main contents were as follows: working hours, on-duty staffing situation, evaluation of comprehensive nursing quality of nursing staff by emergency department physicians Situation and emergency department patients satisfaction with the situation of statistical analysis of nursing. Results: The continuous scheduling mode of grouping reduced the frequency of handing over and the number of handovers was significantly shorter than that of the traditional periodic scheduling mode. The staffing schedule was clear and reasonable, which made up for the lack of on-duty nurses at noon and at night.
