专家纵论《决定》共话贯彻执行中国政法大学诉讼法研究中心主办的“贯彻实施《全国人大常委会关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》专家座谈会”,于2005年6月5日在北京召开。来自北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、中国政法大学、西南政法大学、华东政法学院、西北政法学院、中国社会科学院、中央政法委、全国人大、最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、司法部、中国律师协会、中国法医学会等法学理论界和司法实务部门的专家、学者等40多人对于全国人民代表大会常委会颁布的将于2005年10月1日实施的《关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》),围绕着司法鉴定的性质和体制、《决定》适用的范围、司法鉴定机构和鉴定人的名册登录、司法鉴定的技术标准等问题进行了深入交流和热烈的讨论。会议综述如下:
Expert Discussion on “Decisions” for Consensus Implementation “The Symposium on Implementing and Implementing the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on the Administration of Forensic Accreditation” sponsored by the Procedural Law Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law was held on June 5, 2005 in Beijing . From Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, Northwest College of Politics and Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Central Political and Legal Committee, NPC, Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Ministry of Justice Lawyers Association, the Chinese Society of Forensic Science and other legal theory and judicial practice of experts and scholars, more than 40 people for the NPC Standing Committee promulgated on October 1, 2005 implementation of the “decision on the administration of forensic examination” (Hereinafter referred to as the “Decision”) conducted in-depth exchanges and heated discussions on the nature and system of forensic expertise, the scope of application of the Decision, the registration of the roster of forensic institutes and appraisers and the technical standards of forensic appraisals.
