“盛京文化”的命题~①颇为新颖,它恰当准确的历史与地域定位,及可操作性,令人大有一语中的之感。盛京文化的紧步时代、包容开阔的发展历程及重要成就极具启示意义。盛京文化盛京文化当是清代盛京地区以满族为主体的各族共创的文化,是清文化的重要组成部分,应属于历史范畴的地域文化。盛京,当命名之初,仅指沈阳城一地,随历史的演进,而成盛京(奉天)地区、陪都地方,范围所及,已囊括辽东、辽西,乃至东北全境。所以盛京文化就狭义言可指清奉天地区的辽宁文化,就广义言当指清陪都盛京五部侍郎及盛京将军曾统辖
