姚素平同志1982年毕业于江西冶金学院冶金系毕,同年分配至南昌有色冶金设计院工作,曾任冶炼工艺组组长、冶金室主任、项目总设计师,冶金化工分院总工程师、1999年晋升为教授级高级工程师。2001年起任冶金化工分院院长兼总工程师、中国有色金属学会理事、全国重有色冶金学术委员会委员。2002年被国务院授予有突出贡献专家,享受国务院特殊津贴。
Comrade Yao Suping graduated from the Metallurgy Department of Jiangxi Metallurgical College in 1982 and assigned to Nanchang Non-ferrous Metallurgical Design Institute in the same year. He used to be the leader of metallurgical process team, director of metallurgical department, chief project designer and chief engineer of metallurgical and chemical branch. In 1999, As a professor-level senior engineer. Since 2001, he has served as president and chief engineer of metallurgical and chemical branch, director of China Nonferrous Metals Society, and member of National Non-ferrous Metallurgical Academic Committee. In 2002, the State Council granted experts with outstanding contributions and enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council.
