局部解剖学教学解剖纵隔标本时,发现1例左头臂静脉注入冠状窦并奇静脉缺如的变异,此例同时伴有心静脉系的异常。现报道如下:成年男性标本,经10%福尔马林固定,解剖纵隔。发现其左、右头臂静脉并未汇合成上腔静脉,分别于纵隔两侧下行(图1),右侧注入右心房,左侧注入冠状窦。左、右头臂静脉分别由同侧颈内静脉与锁骨下静脉在胸锁关节后方汇合而成。右头臂静脉起始处直径17.0 mm,垂直下行穿纤维心包,注入
