目的:应用品管圈循环法找出发错药品的原因,从而降低发药差错率。方法:通过品管圈循环法的方式开展工作,包括制定差错查检表,分析差错产生的原因并提出相应的措施。结果:经过一系列对策的实施,通过差错查检表的对照,发药差错明显减少。结论:门诊药房通过品管圈循环法的管理模式,对减少发药差错是行之有效的,其方法可采用。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the cause of the wrong medicine by using the product circle circulation method, so as to reduce the error rate of drug delivery. Methods: Through the method of circulation of quality control loop work, including the development of error-checking table to analyze the causes of errors and put forward corresponding measures. Results: After a series of countermeasures were implemented, errors of hair delivery were significantly reduced through the comparison of error checking tables. Conclusion: Outpatient pharmacy through quality control loop circulation method of management, to reduce hair error is effective, the method can be used.
