目的建立一种快速、准确测定作业场所空气中黑索金含量的方法。方法采用丙酮洗脱、超声提取法,对玻璃纤维滤纸样品进行前处理,利用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器对样品进行测定。同时做精密度和回收率试验。结果黑索金在0.2μg/ml~10μg/ml具有良好的线性关系,相关系数>0.9990,RSD为0.87%~6.78%(n=6)。采用本方法对标准物质(Accu Standard:M-8330-05)进行了方法验证,所测结果均在标准参考值允许范围内。结论本方法具有简便、灵敏、准确的优点,适合作业场所空气中黑索金含量的测定。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method to determine the content of desalination gold in workplace air. Methods Samples of glass fiber filter paper were pretreated by acetone elution and ultrasonic extraction. The samples were determined by gas chromatography - electron capture detector. At the same time do precision and recovery test. Results There was a good linear relationship between desmopressin and 0.2μg / ml ~ 10μg / ml. The correlation coefficient was> 0.9990. The RSD was 0.87% ~ 6.78% (n = 6). The method was used to verify the standard material (Accu Standard: M-8330-05) and the results were within the allowable range of the standard reference value. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple, sensitive and accurate, suitable for the determination of the gold content of the working place air.
