在精英教育向大众化教育转变过程中,高等学校应与时俱进、锐意进取,不断深化教育教学 改革。教学管理制度的改革与创新是高校主动适应由精英教育向大众化教育的转变和提高教学质量的关键。 本文就高等学校教育教学管理体制改革与创新的任务和营造良好的社会环境等作了探讨。
In the transition from elite education to popular education, colleges and universities should keep pace with the times, strive for progress, and deepen the reform of education and teaching. The reform and innovation of the teaching management system is the key to the university’s initiative to adapt to the transition from elite education to popular education and improve the quality of teaching. This article discusses the task of reforming and innovating teaching and management system of higher education and building a good social environment.
