随着其我国社会经济的不断发展和水利工程施工项目数量的增加,使得水利工程在我国社会发展建设过程中的重要性也在随之提升。作为为我国社会经济发展提供充足水资源供应的工程项目,水利工程在施工过程中安全管理和控制质量水平的高低不仅会影响该项工程的施工企业在同行业中的市场竞争力,还会对国家和人民的生命财产安全带来极大的影响。因此,本文以水利工程项目中的施工安全管理和控制为立足点,通过对其管理原则和问题的分析,从而就做好施工安全控制的措施进行研究。

Therefore, based on the management and control of construction safety in water conservancy projects, this paper studies the measures of construction safety control through the analysis of its management principles and problems.
