我出生于1916年,曾祖父、祖父及父亲均为清太医院御医。自1934年悬壶于北京以来,迄今已60载。现身体仍很健康,精力充沛,每天照常门诊。许多同志都问我,我的养生诀窍是什么?我认为: 一、生命在于运动 我对“生命在于运动”这句至理名言的体会是比较深的,我从小就喜欢锻炼,十几岁时开始练拳,如少林拳、八卦掌以及后来练的太极拳,到现在我已79岁,练了60多年,养成了习惯。我每天早晨乘早班车到北海公园,先绕北海湖步行一周,然后练拳,练八卦掌等。一年四季,风雨无阻,从不间断,7时返回家。有时去香山爬鬼见愁。
I was born in 1916, and my great-grandfather, my grandfather and my father were both physicians in Qing Tai Hospital. Since its inception in Beijing in 1934, it has been 60 years. Now the body is still healthy and energetic, as usual clinic. Many comrades have asked me what my health tips are. In my opinion: First, life is movement. My understanding of the famous saying that life lies in movement is relatively deep. Since I was an adolescent, I like to exercise and I started practicing in my teens. Boxing, such as Shaolin boxing, Ba Gua Zhang and later practicing Tai Chi, until now I have 79 years old, practiced more than 60 years, develop a habit. I take the morning shuttle bus to the North Sea Park every morning, walk around the North Sea Lake first week, and then practice boxing, Ba Gua Zhang and so on. All year round, uninterrupted, uninterrupted, at 7:00 home. Sometimes go to Fragrant Hill to see ghosts worry.
