为了实现对供热管道内部腐蚀缺陷的精确检测,采用红外热像仪获取腐蚀管道的红外热图像,分析得到腐蚀管道红外热像的温度值数据及温度-频率图像,通过对比分析,得到管道内部腐蚀缺陷的温度变化规律及红外特征。结果表明,通过对管道红外热像成像分析,能够精确诊断管道是否受损及受损位置,管道受损程度与热像图捕捉温度成近似线性关系。研究结果为供热管道内部腐蚀的诊断及预测提供了一种直接有效的新方法。
In order to achieve accurate detection of corrosion defects inside the heating pipelines, the infrared thermal imager is used to obtain the infrared thermal image of the corrosion pipeline, the temperature value data and the temperature-frequency image of the corrosion pipeline infrared thermal image are obtained, and through comparative analysis, Corrosion Defect Temperature Variation and Infrared Characteristics. The results show that the pipeline thermal imaging can accurately diagnose whether the pipeline is damaged or damaged, and the degree of pipeline damage is approximately linear with the thermal image capture temperature. The results provide a direct and effective new method for the diagnosis and prediction of internal corrosion of heating pipes.
