开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,是党中央作出的重大战略决策,是贯彻落实党的十七大精神、奋力推进中国特色社会主义事业的重大举措。对于衡阳来说,开展这一活动,既是坚定不移地贯彻中央重大战略部署的重要政治任务,也是促进我市进一步解放思想、开拓创新、推动经济社会科学发展的迫切需要。
Conducting in-depth study and practice of the scientific outlook on development is a major strategic decision made by the party Central Committee and a major measure for implementing the spirit of the 17th National Party Congress and for pushing forward the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. For Hengyang, carrying out this activity is both an important political task of unswervingly carrying out the major strategic plan of the Central Government and an urgent need of promoting further emancipation of our mind, pioneering and innovating and promoting economic and social sciences development in our city.
