动物离体眼睫状肌的实验,国内尚未见报告,国外报道也很少。为进一步探索青少年近视眼发病机理,加强防治措施提供参考数据,自1982年冬开始,在上海第一医学院药学系药理生化教研室和第二医学院药理教研室指导帮助下,我们研究和建立了动物与人眼离体睫状肌的实验方法,并着重从猫眼离体睫状肌标本,分别采用纵行、环形及正体不同径向缝吊实验,同时与阿托品和罂粟硷的解痉作用进行了比较,现将实验情况报告如下: 仪器和材料一、实验仪器:采用XWT—204型双笔台式自动平衡记录仪,501型超级恒温器,肌张力换能器。二、动物:健康家猫、家兔,体重2.0~3.0公斤,雌雄皆用,人类供体眼球,为角膜移植术后剩余部分。三、营养液克氏(Kreb’s)液配方:
