1997年秋,记者到方正县采访。谈到方正县农业发展原因时,县委书记傅丰志说:“多年来,老董对方正农业的发展贡献太大了,采访他,不会让你失望的。”老董是谁?方正县农业银行行长董常安。记者清楚地记得,1997年之春,当时的方正县委书记徐振湖曾向我举荐过老董,那是他初任方正县农行行长时,我采访过他,写篇文章《走向明天的辉煌》,发表在《企业文化》1997年第二期上。好个老董,得到两任县委书记的赏识!
