Litz等人(1982)已经证实,通过对自然多胚芒果胚珠的离体培养,可促进体细胞胚的生长。多胚芒果的这种珠心组织,在授粉两个月后形成。用珠心组织离体培养,可长出球形体细胞胚,并可继续生长数月。本文报道某些自然多胚芒果栽培种在珠心愈伤组织的诱导、生长和快速形成体胚方
Litz et al. (1982) have shown that the growth of somatic embryos can be promoted by the in vitro culture of natural polygenetic mango ovules. This polycentric embryo mango heart tissue, formed two months after pollination. In vitro culture with beads, can grow spherical somatic embryos, and can continue to grow for several months. This paper reports the induction, growth and rapid formation of somatic embryos on some calluses of natural mandibular mango cultivars
