治疗方法:发热、呕吐频繁者适量肌注安痛定、爱茂尔,脱水严重者给予静脉补液。除上述外均予车前止泻汤:车前子、山楂、白术各10g(炒)诸药水煎2次,日服1剂。加减如有上呼吸道感染加麻杏石甘汤。 治疗结果:呕吐、泄泻止,小于6个月的小儿排便次数每天少于4次,6月～3岁者少于2次为痊愈。一般在服药后4h即泻止。其中12～48h止泻者49例,4h以后止泻者87例。痊愈121例,有效10例,无效5例。治愈率89％,总有效率96％。
