重型车床主轴静压在试运转和使用过程中,有时由于油膜破坏而发生研瓦事故。无论是动压、静压还是动静压轴承、其油膜厚度及其变化是判断主轴是否出现失稳、但瓦等事故的重要依据。 本系统包括高稳定、高灵敏度电涡流传感器和监视仪两部分。它能够在线监视油膜厚度,超过设定值时能报警,操作者可视情况加以处理,避免事故的发生。为了得到精度高稳定性好的监视系统,需要解决三个关键问题;即轴承表层材质对电涡流传感器测量精度的影响;改善电涡流传感器的稳定性和精度:研制智能化的监视仪表。
