目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定“冬病夏治”贴膏中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH6.28)(63∶37);流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长280 nm。结果:延胡索乙素线性范围2.08~49.92 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8),平均回收率和RSD分别为97.85%,2.49%。结论:方法简便、可靠,可用于“冬病夏治”贴膏中延胡索乙素含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in “winter disease Xiaji” patch. METHODS: Hypersil ODS2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid (adjusted to pH6.28 with triethylamine) (63:37), and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min- 280 nm. Results: The linear range of Tetrahydropalmatine was 2.08-49.92 mg · L-1 (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery and RSD were 97.85% and 2.49%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, and can be used to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in “winter disease Xiaji” patch.
