扩张型心肌病患者外周血α干扰素的研究

本研究对20例扩张型心肌病患者及20例正常人外周血的α干扰素(α—IFN)水平分别进行了检测和分析。结果表明,绝大多数扩张型心肌病患者α-IFN水平异常,且以升高者居多,与正常人比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。

In this study, the levels of interferon-alpha (IFN-α) in 20 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 20 normal controls were detected and analyzed respectively. The results showed that the majority of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy had abnormal levels of α-IFN, which were mostly elevated. Compared with normal people, the difference was significant (P <0.01).
