李天来院士,1955年9月生于辽宁绥中县,1982年1月毕业于沈阳农业大学蔬菜专业后留校任教,1988年3月获农学硕士学位,1996年7月获农学博士学位,曾先后2次赴日本留学和合作研究。1993年5月破格晋升为教授,1996年6月被遴选为博士研究生导师。1991年6月起,先后历任沈阳农业大学园艺系副主任、农学院副院长、园艺系主任及园艺学院院长等职,2001年9月至今任沈阳农业
Li Tianlai, born in September 1955 in Suizhong County, Liaoning Province, graduated from Shenyang Agricultural University in January 1982 after majoring in vegetable majors.
