I. Introduction CAMP and cGMP are the second messengers of fluid delivery. The cell metabolism, proliferation, differentiation and its physiological function plays an important role. Especially since the seventies, in addition to a large number of animal experiments reported, but also attracted the widespread interest of clinicians, combined with the pathogenesis of a variety of diseases research. There are also several articles on the combination of blood disease, thyroid disease, coronary heart disease and other reports, but no more cyclic nucleotide changes in the clinical reports of diabetes. The authors In view of diabetes as an important metabolic disease, cAMP and cGMP play an important role in cellular metabolism. As to how cAMP through cAMP-dependent protein kinase further play a role in regulating cell metabolism, the more in-depth study. To this end, the authors are groping
