我局营业线上的桥梁,多数是解放前修建的。由于当时技术水平较低和偷工减料等原因,产生了很多问题,再加上运输日益繁忙,给桥梁建筑物增加了很大压力,因而需要进行大修和改造工作。但是在营业线上施工和新线不同,首先碰到的难题,是不能影响运输,既要施工,又要保证正常运输。在无产阶级文化大革命以前我们多数是采用修便线的方法维持临时通车,而后进行桥梁的施工的。这种方法从施工和运输方面来说倒是没有什么大问题,可是桥梁造价增大了,工期增长了,不是理想的施工方法。无产阶级文化大革命以后,我们走“三结合”的设计道路,针对这个问题,与
Most of the bridges in our office are built before the liberation. Due to the low technology level and the jerry-building of the time, many problems arose. However, the cost of the bridge has increased and the construction period has increased, which is not an ideal construction method. After the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, we took the road of “triple combination” design to address this issue.
