思想政治工作能够更好的激发职工的工作斗志和团队凝聚力,因此做好基础公路分局的思想政治工作是十分必要的,公路分局各级领导需要引起高度的重视,将思想政治工作切入到构建和谐单位、和谐社会基础上。本文主要从目前基层公路分局思想政治工作存在的问题,并结合基础公路分局实际管理,就如何加强思想政治工作谈几点体会。
