脑出血患者发生便秘是临床常见症状,常被忽视,高血压性脑出血使患者出现神经功能失调、运动障碍、饮食困难等症状,破坏了粪便从肠内排出体外须具备的条件,常导致患者便秘。出现便秘后,由于用力排便,腹压增高,可致颅内压升高,造成颅内血管再次出血,影响预后,甚至危及生命。现将我院神经内科2009年11月至2012年12月收治的126例脑出血合并78例便秘给予临床统计分析,报告如下。1资料与方法
