Objective To confirm the increase of mast cell activity in visceral hypersensitivity model. To investigate the basis of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) affecting mast cell degranulation. Methods The rats with visceral hypersensitivity induced by intraperitoneal injection of chicken ovalbumin were randomly divided into A group and B group.
